(What to expect):

Am I an expert you should listen to?

Someone could ask: "Are you an expert in XYZ"?

With so many competitors saying that they are the foremost experts on everything under the sun, you imagine that I would also say "of course!"

But I ain't gonna do that.

I like writing on subjects that I have been interested and "active" in for a few years. That alone gives me an advantage over 80% of people who like to just double for a few weeks here and there.

Does that make me the biggest expert on the planet? No - although, before I create a product, I do even more research on the subject and try to include great ideas that make sense.

I may not necessarily be a "guru" in everything - but I do have rock-solid research skills.

So, I suppose that I ain't a "10." Maybe I am a humble "7" who wants to help others who are still at "1-5" to get up a few notches. :-)

Product philosophy:

1- Software: I try not to make a product a "catch-all" that promises a thousand different things. I prefer to stick to a very tight theme.

For example, I don't create software that does a million different things.

Instead, the software may do only one valuable thing - but do it really well.

2 - Information Products: I will also not create an information product that teaches people "everything they need to know to make a living online."

There are so many different "things" and so many aspects to each thing that you could be reading for the rest of your life and still not cover it all. Instead, I prefer giving valuable information on one aspect of the "game."

I'm not one to write 100ds of page either. I usually am the "quiet guy." I talk a little, I write a little - but I try to make what I say count - and not just add more BS just to show others that I can talk or write.

Typically, when I read a 50,000-word book, I can easily summarize it in 1000 words without losing any of the meaning.

Something similar happens, when I try to write. My mind would just rebel, if I tried to add fluff in order to "add padding" to a product.

I don't sell information "by the pound" - but by the real value I feel it will give you.

How many books with 200 pages have you read, only to be disappointed by the luck of meat? Heck, if you are like most people, maybe they even left you feeling even more confused saying "now what?" (I hate when that happens).

If you happen to fall in the category of people who want to read 100ds of pages (irrespectively of what those pages say) in order to feel you got value, then my products are probably not for you.

If, on the other hand, you like the quick-fire, let's-get-down-to-it approach, you are in for a treat. :-)

It may have taken me years of trial and error, thousands of dollars and a lot of "agony" in order to "grasp" a few things. But I only want to present to you the distilled wisdom, without the fluff.

Quick note about grammar and typos: English ain't my first language (I'm Greek), so I may commit the odd grammatical atrocity here and there.

If you feel like pointing out a mistake I have made, by all means do so :-)

Refunds:

There are probably many reasons why you should like my products - but there may also be reasons to not like them.

For example, maybe you felt that a product didn't explain something in as much detail as you had hopped. Or, you may even feel that you already know all that was covered and more. Or, maybe a piece of software you buy from me can't be made to work on your server, despite everything we try.

These things are possible. Anyone who tells you that their products are always perfect is lying to you.

Months could be spent on trying to make everything perfect, but that would mean not making the product (and the value it can provide) available to the rest 90+% of the customers NOW.

I also do try to update my products constantly, but some times things just don't work out.

In such cases, all I can do is give you a refund. Don't worry at all. It's TOTALLY cool. I don't want you to feel "guilt", when asking for a refund. I won't think you are "uncool" or anything.

The only uncool thing is buying something that doesn't help you in any way.

I'm in it for the long run and one sale here and there won't make a difference to my bottom line (but my focus on constant improvement and excellent customer service will).

If you are not satisfied with a product you buy from me, just email me at georgekatsoudas2000 [at] gmail.com and ask for a refund. I will give it to you super fast.

That will help both of us sleep better at night. I don't want to feel that I got paid without deserving it and I don't want you to feel like some "trickster" took your lunch money.

So, if the prouct isn't right for you, you will ask for a refund. Deal?

Right now, some people are probably thinking: "He is saying these things in order to make me think that he's a good guy. God knows what he is really thinking, as he is giving me the refund."

Those people have another thing coming :-)

I know that by giving a refund, I build customer loyalty. Maybe one product wasn't for you - but the next five may be.

Some of my most loyal customers are people who asked for a refund for one of my products. Once they saw that I was totally fine with it, they went ahead and purchased 3 or 4 other products I had, because they trusted me more. That's just how the cookie crumbles :-)
