Customer asks for refund and then buys again

The other day, I received an email from a
customer who had purchased CB Goliath:

They said they wanted a refund, because they
weren’t getting the results they wanted.

So, I processed the refund and moved on as usual.

But 10 days later, something unexpected happened…

The same customer contacted me again, saying
that their blogs had started producing sales all of
a sudden.

Customer’s Quote:

“I have been surprised at the influx of sales this
week. It isn’t millions but it is more than I have
ever made selling on clickbank.”

The customer asked if they could “purchase again”,
since they had started seeing results and it wasn’t
feeling right that they received a refund.

Needless to say, I don’t come across such honesty
very often.

My mind = blown.
