If you have a question or need support for a product of mine, please search the knowledgebase first (that's the cool and polite thing to do :-). Just enter a few descriptive words in the search bar like: error, invalid, credentials, HTML, homepage etc... Before you ask for support for a plugin, make sure you read this (it solves the problem in 70% of the cases). If the answer to your question doesn't exist in the knowledgebase or isn't solved by the previous link, then visit the help desk, select the product from the drop-down menu and fill in all the fields.
