Internet Marketing Product & Service Reviews

Filed under: Product & Service Reviews — George Katsoudas @ 11:31 am

This section of the blog will be for reviews of products and services.

I know you have read reviews (or should I say promotions) of products in the past. These reviews will be a little different ;-)

Below are the main points in FAQ format.

What will you be reviewing exactly?

- Information products that help you build your business: Ebooks, videos, courses etc…

The products may be brand new, or even established. Not everything new that comes out is good. And there are some gems that were created years ago.

- Services that “do all the work” for you. Many people want to find high-quality services at affordable prices. If you have tried outsourcing and had trouble doing so, you will not want to miss these.

Will the reviews be honest?

Always. I expect that a few marketers will get pissed off, because their product won’t get a “5-star” rating.

In every single review, I will try to mention at least 3 things I liked, AND 3 things I did not like.

The reviews may be somewhat “subjective” since everyone sees the world differently. But I’ll work hard to make sure the review is VERY balanced.

You won’t find any words like “amazing”, or “awesome” in these reviews, that’s for damn sure. Also, you won’t find any “copy and paste” emails prepared by the merchant either. Just wait and see.

Will you be using your affiliate link for these reviews?

If there’s an affiliate program for the product or service, yes I will. BUT that will NOT affect my judgment in the least.

If anything, this will make me even more “objective.” Why? Because I’d rather earn your trust for the long haul, rather than try to “get you once” with “salesmanship” or “trickery.”

What if I have a different view on a product or service you review?

There will be a comment section under each review (like on every post on this blog). You will be able to post your comments and questions.

I will be approving both positive AND negative remarks. All I ask is that you don’t try to “hijack” the thread with a sneaky affiliate link - and that you keep your comments “clean” for the most part.

I know that some people may have an issue with a product lunch or a specific vendor. Just try to be “factual.” :-)

Will you be pushing your “buddies” products?

It doesn’t matter if I like the product owner or if I hate him. It doesn’t matter if he is my “buddy” or if we don’t like each other. The reviews will be about products that I feel you would be able to benefit from.

I have re-evaluated several things in my life recently. I’ll do my best to be “true” to you (and myself).

Will the product and services be for “noobz” or “vets”?

I will do my best to mention if the product or service is better suited for the beginner, intermediate or experienced marketer.

That can become tricky at times. Different people have different strengths and weaknesses. And they want to follow different business models. But you will get a VERY good idea of whether that product is for you or not.

Will you be only reviewing products you are interested in?

Not exclusively - but, for the most part, yes. It’s tough to review something when you have no intention of going through it.

On the other hand, I do understand that people are in different stages of their “career” or they use a different business model than mine.

So, sometimes I will review something, if many people are interested in it - even if I see “no particular use” for it in my own business. You make the rules :-)

Will you be offering extra bonuses?

Sometimes, yes. If it makes sense and If I have the time to create a bonus, I will do so.

I understand that everybody wants to find “the best deal” (I do too). But I’ll try to make the bonus relevant to the product or service so you get real value from it.

This won’t be a collection of PLR scripts “valued at $978″ (which can be downloaded for $3 or even for free).

What if I want a specific product reviewed?

Just send me an email (or comment below this post) and let me know you are interested in a product or service and I’ll see if I can review it.

I can’t guarantee that I will. However, if I feel that the majority of the blog readers would benefit from it (and if I have at least SOME interest in it), I’ll try to review it.

Cool?

- George :-)
